I can't tell you how great Olga and her team are! She worked very hard and long hours with her family as her team. They did a great job on a VERY large project at my mom's house. They did everything they promise and more. I would recommend them to anyone looking to help take care of their parents "house full of stuff". She has a very keen eye for seeing whats valuable and what is not (even though we may think its valuable) she clearly knows the market. After the sale she worked so hard to get everything out of the house and ready for sale. Super job!

American Dream Estate Sales, (ADES), handled a Condo contents sale for me this past April 8-9, 2016. I can’t boast enough about this company’s proficiency. They met, and actually exceeded, their contractual agreement at all levels, (set up, execution of sale, clean up, and all final paper work). This company is a hard working TEAM that lends a "personal and respectful touch" to their work. After interviewing 4 companies, it was ADES’s “attention to detail” that eased a lot of the stress to goes along with the decision of “Who, What, and When” in executing a sale of family belongings. The “condo neighbors” also spoke highly of this group in how the sale was handled and the “minimum impact” to their lives regarding traffic during the actual sale, etc. Obviously, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group and wouldn’t hesitate “referring ” or hiring them again.

I was totally impressed with the way Olga took over a huge undertaking that I would have had no idea where to start. There was nothing that she couldn't handle. As the week went by and the video became available, it was unbelievable. The home was our family home with so many treasures that we needed to sell. To see them come alive on a video warmed our hearts. The video was being shown to music. She arranged the whole home like a show place. I will recommend Olga to anyone. If she wasn't sure about the pricing of something, she took it to be appraised. When the sale was over, I had a check in my hand in one day with donation slips to fill out and all the detail of the daily sale. The home was spotless when she drove away in a couple days. What a great company! Olga went above and beyond to help liquidate my grandmother's estate on a short time schedule. My family believed her belongings were probably worth several hundred dollars. We even had two other estate companies come out and do an appraisal for us. On both occasions, we were told that my grandma's stuff was worthless. We are so glad that we finally called Olga! She was able to make us several thousand dollars in only two days! We were absolutely shocked and thrilled by her efforts and all that she was able to do for us! This company was such a blessing during a very challenging time in my life. My life abruptly changed, September 7, 2016; when my husband of 19 years, Todd Terry - responded to a Craigslist Ad that was fake, he was murdered by a 17 year old predator, who shot him in the back. Along this journey, my life has shifted, including one such change of moving out of the home shared with my husband. Unfortunately, the idea to do an estate sale came to me with a small window of time. I called a number of companies, who stated that they couldn't help me, it would require at least 2 - 3 months out to schedule.

I'll never forget calling American Dream Estate Sales, greeted by the Owner, Olga, who stated my window of timing was tight, but her words "Where there's a Will, there's a Way" and the Rest is History.

Her company did a DYNAMIC JOB, "HANDLED EVERYTHING" taking the complete burden off of my plate. I will use them for other services that they offer in the future and will continually recommend them to my family and friends.
