We authenticate & appraise the items of significant value.
We photograph and measure large items and furniture.
We describe the merchandise and categorize the items to make them searchable in database of estate sales.
We market the sale through multiple very efficient sources to reach the most amount of customers and collectors. 

​3. Estate Sale
We make sure that all safety precautions are in place.
We have surveillance cameras on site.
We make sure that there’s one way in and out.
We have bright yellow “Estate Sale” signs around the neighborhood.
We place no parking signs on narrow streets to assure that emergency vehicles have safe passage.
We follow all the rules and regulations of the homeowners association and comply with city ordinance.
We make sure that our customers have a great shopping experience by providing them with attention and knowledge of our wonderful staff.

All the purchases are recorded into our digital system to ensure accuracy and provide our client with itemized list of sold items.
We mail the check along with itemized statements to our client.
We provide clean-out and donations services upon completion of the estate sale.
